A new building for student accommodation in in Redcliffe, Bristol with office / workplace on the ground floor. The design is strongly influenced by the adjacent locally listed Redcliffe Estate with the principal west facing facade echoing the gridded long facades of the estate.The building is a short walk from the new Bristol University campus at Temple Meads.

The project received planning permission in February 2024.
