Bay Court: apartments by the sea
The residential conversion of a group of Victorian villas in Clevedon. A key aspect of the brief was to create a stunning but cost effective design.
Our proposals provide 19 generous apartments in the restored Victorian buildings and a contemporary rear addition. The ingenious planning of the development gives all apartments sea views, even those in the rear element. The apartments in the existing buildings retain the spaciousness and elegance of the original Victorian villas with the roof space of the larger building remodelled to create a single grand apartment with extensive views to three sides.
Full planning permission was obtained for our designs and we developed a construction package for tender.
