New House for Clifton College
Planning permission was granted without delay for our designs for a proposed house for Clifton College.
The site is within the Clifton and Hotwells Conservation Area and is currently occupied by outbuildings.
Detailed proposals for the detached, three bedroomed family home were developed swiftly following a feasibility study last spring.
Drawing on established typologies, we designed a fairly traditional house externally to sit in harmony with the Conservation Area. Internally the large kitchen / dining / living space at ground floor, onto the garden, is designed to suit contemporary lifestyles.
